an ethnic variety that is probably unparalleled. Ethnic groups
settle in particular neighbourhoods, start their own schools,
sell their own traditional food and nurture different cultural
activities. There are Vietnamese solicitors, Greek accountants,
Chinese fishmongers - and Lebanese hairdressers. |
